Hello Dinner. 

Yesterday I posted a new recipe on the food blog completely forgetting that it was Cinco de Mayo. SO now that we’re done with the margaritas and tacos and fajitas, we can properly appreciate these Beer Battered Fish and Chips. 

I see what you did there. I think this goes on record as the best thing ever said. Period. This might be the perfect time to say that I have the biggest fear of seeing mushrooms growing out of the ground. I love them to death, don’t get me wrong, they’re mighty tasty. But I get the craziest heebee-jeebees, like you have no idea, whenever I see mushrooms growing out in the world. Out in the wild. It’s one of those things that grosses you out but you can’t stop staring at it. Ya know?
