Anonymous asked: If you don't mind me asking, where are your shoes from the "Before I die I want to…Make you happy." Post?

That’s actually not me, it’s my boyfriend. He had written that out for me, which is why I took the photo, but I’ll ask him if you’d like…I’m not sure where he got them.

Let’s hear it for mom birthdays and blueberry cupcakes with lemon cream cheese frosting.

Anonymous asked: This may sounds a little creepy, but you had on a button up with cats all over it. Where did you get it from?

It’s only creepy because I happen to be wearing it right this second, as I work. Can you see me?!?!?!

I got it at Urban Outfitters, though.

I couldn’t resist when them North Carolina clouds are all up in my face.

fashionablymodest asked: What do you think you'd be doing right now if you weren't into cooking/photography?

Hopefully something that still allows me to be creative. Like play with legos. (Is that a job?)

yasmin-benson asked: Where did you get the idea for a brussle sproat & apple quiche from?

I was dating a vegetarian at the time who lived by an apple orchard and loved Brussels Sprouts, who’s favorite meal was breakfast….so it came from there.

tralali-lala asked: What is the hardest part of cook?

Self control to not eat everything in sight.

itsmakeuploverstuff asked: what made you want to cook ?

I’ve been cooking ever since I was little. I’ve always enjoyed it. There’s a video of little me graduating from elementary school, where I said on stage that I wanted to be a chef when I grew up. It partially came true.

fucking-awesome-98 asked: I recommend you to tried the popular appetizers in my country Indonesia, that is 'lumpia'. can you make it for me? I can't wait to see your first Indonesian food ✌️

Oh I’ve had lumpias before! As a matter of fact, I have some in my freezer right now, that a friend of a friend of a friend’s mom made me. They’re amazing.

Anonymous asked: Saw a post of yours on the login page! (I believe it was birthday cake? Looked delish!)

That’s so awesome! You should’ve screen grabbed it for me, anon.

heideggeriana asked: Did you ever eat brazilian food? I think you should try to eat ‘baião-de-dois’, a brazilian dish from Northeast. It’s a combination of beans and rice, so much better cheese, buttermilk or coconut. I eat with banana and eggs. ; )

I’ve never had Brazilian food, but that sounds delicious! I’m all for rice and beans. Do you eat it with sweet bananas, or plantains?
